1-Click Social Media & Reel Studio

The Social Media & Reel Studio allows real estate agents to transform any purchased property photo into professional, branded marketing creatives and vertical video reels ready for Instagram Stories, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn in seconds.

1. Accessing the Studio​

  1. Navigate to Actions → My Downloads (/buyer/downloads).
  2. Locate the purchased property image you want to market.
  3. Click the Create Social & Reel Kit (✨) button on the image card.
  4. The studio modal opens with your high-resolution image pre-loaded.

2. Studio Modes​

At the top right of the studio header, you can switch between two creation modes:

3. Creating Single Image Posts​

When in Photo mode, you can customize the layout, format, and content:

Step 1: Select Aspect Ratio​

  • Story / Reel (9:16): 1080 × 1920 px — full-screen vertical for Instagram Stories and status updates.
  • Feed Portrait (4:5): 1080 × 1350 px — optimal size for the Instagram and LinkedIn feed algorithms.
  • Square (1:1): 1080 × 1080 px — universal feed square.
  • Banner (16:9): 1920 × 1080 px — landscape for web listings, Facebook headers, and email newsletters.

Step 2: Choose Layout Template​

  • Scandi Glass (Pohjoismainen / Bo LKV -tyyli): A sleek, compact frosted-glass card anchored at the bottom with property badge, address, room specs, and broker contact info. Designed to leave >85% of the photograph visible.
  • Editorial (Arkkitehtilehti): An architectural magazine look featuring fine luxury border framing and centered serif typography.
  • High Impact (Moderni Some): Bold, high-contrast floating tag pills optimized for fast scrolling feeds.

Step 3: Choose Color Theme​

  • Midnight & Gold (Yö & Kulta): Deep obsidian glass with champagne gold accents.
  • Nordic Frost (Pohjoinen Huurre): Minimalist crisp white vectors on charcoal glass.
  • Emerald Estate (Smaragdi): Rich forest green tones for garden, suburban, and eco-friendly properties.
  • Sunset Terracotta (Terrakotta): Warm terracotta and bronze tones for evening or sunset drone captures.

Step 4: Customize Content & Broker Info​

  • Status Badge: Select one-click presets (🔥 Coming Soon, ✨ Open House, 💎 Luxury Estate, 🔑 Just Sold, 🏷️ Price Reduced) or type custom text.
  • Headline & Location: Property address and municipality/neighborhood.
  • Property Specs: Room breakdown and living area separated by • (e.g. 3 Rooms • 78 m² • Sea View).
  • Price or Extra: Debt-free listing price or key selling argument (e.g. Price €425,000).
  • Broker Details: Brokerage name, agent name, and direct phone number.

Step 5: Download​

Click Download Ready Creative to instantly save the unwatermarked, publication-ready asset to your device.

4. Creating TikTok & Instagram Video Reels​

The Video Reel generator turns static photos into dynamic vertical video tours with smooth cinematic motion, slide transitions, and neighborhood amenity callouts.

Step 1: Switch to Video Reel Mode​

Click the Video Reel (TikTok & Insta) tab at the top of the studio. The canvas preview switches to standard 9:16 vertical video format (1080 × 1920 px).

Step 2: Organize the Slide Sequence​

Your property hero image is automatically set as Slide #1.

  • Slide Tag: Edit the highlight badge shown on each slide (e.g., Slide 1: 🔥 COMING SOON, Slide 2: SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM).
  • Reorder: Use the ↑ and ↓ arrows to arrange the flow of your tour.
  • Delete: Click the trash icon to remove unnecessary slides.

Step 3: Add Interior & House Photos​

Click + Add Room Photo:

  • Purchased Images: Select from any other interior, facade, or drone images you have purchased from Frontpics.
  • Upload from Device: Click Upload from device to include photos directly from your computer or smartphone.

Step 4: Add Metro & Transit Highlights​

Prospective buyers prioritize transport connections and local services. Click + Metro & Transit to insert curated amenity slides with pre-configured distance callouts:

  • 🚇 Metro Station: e.g., 🚇 METRO STATION 350 M
  • 🚋 Tram Stop: e.g., 🚋 TRAM STOP 200 M
  • 🚆 Commuter Rail: e.g., 🚆 TRAIN STATION 500 M
  • 🛍️ Shopping & Mall: e.g., 🛍️ SHOPPING & SERVICES
  • 🌲 Parks & Waterfront: e.g., 🌲 PARK & SCENIC TRAILS

Step 5: Preview Animation in Real-Time​

The built-in interactive video player features:

  • Ken Burns Motion: Gentle slow-zoom and directional pans give static photos the feel of gimbal or drone footage.
  • Crossfade Transitions: Smooth blending between rooms and neighborhood landmarks.
  • Instagram Story Bars: Segmented progress bars at the top show active slide progress.
  • Dynamic Scandi Card: The bottom info card automatically updates its badge to match the current slide (e.g. highlights the metro distance when the metro scene appears).
  • Controls: Use Play/Pause, the Rewind button, or drag the Scrubber bar to inspect specific seconds.

Step 6: Export & Post​

Click Download TikTok & Reels Video (.mp4):

  1. The browser records the animated stream at 30 fps in full 1080×1920 resolution.
  2. A percentage progress bar tracks the rendering process.
  3. The .mp4 (or .webm) video downloads directly to your downloads folder, ready for immediate upload to Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Facebook Stories.
