Frontpics is a B2B media marketplace designed specifically for real estate brokerages and commercial operators. Purchases are handled through a straightforward credit system with company invoicing.
1. Credit Pricing Tiers
Images in the Frontpics catalog are categorized into five pricing tiers based on production difficulty, altitude, and resolution:

2. Purchasing Credit Packs
Real estate agents and brokerages can purchase credits through Actions → Billing & Credits:
- Pre-configured Packs:
- 50 Credits: Ideal for individual listing needs or occasional usage.
- 100 Credits: For active agents managing multiple listings simultaneously.
- 150 Credits: Office-level pack for active regional sales teams.
- 200 Credits: Maximum bulk pack with the lowest cost per credit.
- Custom Amounts: Available on request for large multi-office brokerages and franchise chains.
B2B Corporate Invoicing
Credits are delivered and activated into your account immediately upon order confirmation. An invoice is dispatched to your company's billing email or electronic invoicing address (verkkolaskuosoite) with standard 14–30 day business payment terms.
Low Balance Alerts
When your credit balance drops below 20 credits, the platform triggers an automatic notification email so your team never runs out of credits right before a key property marketing launch.
3. Commercial Real Estate Marketing License
Every purchase made on Frontpics includes our Commercial Real Estate Marketing License:
What is Permitted:
- Listing Portals: Unlimited usage on Etuovi, Oikotie, MLS systems, and agency portals.
- Social Media: Paid advertising and organic posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Print & Brochures: High-resolution print rights for property sales brochures, window flyers, local newspaper features, and direct mailings.
- Office Signage & Screens: Digital signage, TV displays in brokerage storefronts, and outdoor banners.
- Multi-Agent Usage: Any broker within the purchasing agency office can use the asset for marketing the listing.
What is Prohibited:
- Re-selling or sublicensing the raw photo files to third parties or stock image banks.
- Claiming authorship or copyright ownership over the original photograph.
4. Download Validity & Access
- Once purchased, an image remains stored under Actions → My Downloads for a minimum validity period of 6 months.
- You can re-download the original full-res clean file, modify watermarks, re-place pins, or launch the Social Media Studio as many times as needed at zero additional cost.
