Agency Branding, Logos & Watermarks

Frontpics provides a centralized branding engine. Rather than requiring individual agents to manually overlay logos in external design software, the platform automatically links agents to their brokerage's brand identity and provides interactive watermark and property pin tools upon download.

1. Centralized Agency Brand Model​

Frontpics uses an automated AgencyBrand resolution system:

  • Domain Matching: When an agent signs up with an agency email (e.g. @bolkv.fi, @remax.fi, @op.fi, @aktialkv.fi), their profile is automatically associated with their firm's verified agency brand.
  • Brand Assets: Includes your office's vector logo (.png / .svg), official brand color palette, and custom branded map pin graphic.
  • Uniformity: Guarantees that every agent in your office publishes marketing assets with identical, high-resolution branding guidelines.

2. Interactive Download Customization​

When downloading a purchased full-resolution photo from Omat lataukset / My Downloads:

1. Logo Watermark Toggle & Placement​

In the download modal, agents can toggle their agency logo:

  • Enable/Disable: Switch the watermark on or off with one click.
  • Corner Positioning: Position the logo in any of the four corners (Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left, Bottom Right).
  • Automatic Background Protection: High-contrast drop shadows and smart scaling ensure vector logos remain legible over light skies or dark roofs.

2. Property Unit Pins (Kohdenasta)​

For aerial drone photos and neighborhood overviews, helping buyers identify the exact building or unit is critical:

  • Click to Place: Click anywhere on the photograph to position a high-visibility location pin on the property or apartment balcony.
  • Brand Pin vs Color Options: Select your brokerage's official custom pin icon or choose high-contrast colors (Red, Gold, Emerald, Blue).
  • Live Preview: Drag and reposition the pin dynamically before rendering the final download.

3. Portal Requirements vs. Marketing Usage​

Real estate agents frequently require two variations of the same photograph:

  1. Official Portal Uploads (Etuovi, Oikotie):
    • Portal guidelines typically prohibit third-party watermarks and broker logos on primary listing images.
    • How to download: Toggle the watermark Off to download the clean, untouched 4K/HDR original.
  2. Social Media, Print Brochures & Window Displays:
    • Agency branding is essential for local recognition and buyer trust.
    • How to download: Toggle the watermark On, position your logo, and add the unit pin. Alternatively, use the 1-Click Social Media Studio to generate ready-to-post Instagram/TikTok stories.
